Centaur isn’t a traditional mobility aid. It’s a beautifully engineered personal vehicle for people who want freedom, style, and spontaneity — with dignity, not stigma. Where other devices can look clinical, Centaur feels elegant, uplifting, and humancentred. You won’t feel hidden — you’ll feel seen.
Lifestyle. Centaur is designed for presence, pride and connection — not as a medical device.
Yes. To operate Centaur safely, you’ll need a reasonable level of core strength, balance, and upper‑body control. It’s not suitable for users who require full‑body support or passive mobility. Customers should confirm their own medical suitability before purchase.
Centaur is best on smooth or firm surfaces — indoors, urban pavements, plazas, or accessible outdoor routes. It’s not intended for extended use on loose gravel, grass, sand, or steep off‑road conditions.
Light rain is fine, but prolonged wet use isn’t recommended. Centaur is not waterproof and should be stored in a dry, covered place when not in use. Avoid heavy rain or deep puddles.
Yes. Centaur separates into two parts for easier transport in a van or adapted vehicle. While not lightweight, it’s manageable with the right setup. Standard cars may not be suitable without adaptations. We’ll guide you through this at purchase.
Charging takes 6–8 hours using a standard household socket. No specialist equipment is required.
Like all powered vehicles, Centaur will stop once the battery is depleted. With a range of around 15 miles (25 km) and a clear battery display, you’ll be able to plan ahead with confidence.
Every Centaur comes with a 12‑month limited warranty and UK‑based service support. Extended warranties are not currently available.
Centaur is low maintenance, but like any vehicle, it benefits from regular checks. We’ll shortly offer UK‑based servicing, and provide updates, parts, and care guidance. Customers outside the UK will receive remote support.
Your Founders’ Edition includes the vehicle, charger unit, user guide, and personal onboarding. You’ll also receive exclusive updates and early access to future accessories.
No. Centaur is not classed as a medical device and does not qualify for VAT exemption. The price shown includes VAT.
Yes. Centaur uses proven technology with responsive handling. As with any vehicle, users must follow the training and safety guidelines provided. Do not continue use if a fault occurs.

No. To reserve your Founders’ Edition, you’ll pay a 10% deposit (£996). The remaining 90% is due just before your Centaur is despatched. You may also choose to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.
Centaur does not currently offer in‑house financing. However, third‑party providers such as PayPal “Pay in 3” may be available at checkout, subject to the provider’s approval and terms.
Your 10% deposit secures one of only 18 Founders’ Edition vehicles. If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any delivery costs). Deposits are otherwise non‑refundable once your order is confirmed. Non‑payment of the balance may result in cancellation of your order.
