Returns Policy

At Centaur Robotics, we’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is straightforward and enjoyable. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item, and this policy outlines everything you need to know about how to do so.

Your Rights

We comply with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This includes the right to cancel most online purchases and receive a refund if requested within the legal timeframe.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with these rights.

Our Returns Policy

  1. Change of Mind

Should you change your mind about a product, we’re happy to accept returns or cancellations, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us within 14 days of placing your order.
  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. This may involve arranging a refund, repair, or replacement.

To assist us, we may ask for photographic evidence of any faults or damage. Return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by Centaur Robotics.

For faults arising after 30 days, please contact us for support.

  1. How to Return an Item

Returning an item to us is quick and simple:

  1. Get in Touch
    Reach out to us via email or our website’s contact form. Clearly state your reason for return; for faulty or damaged items, please include photos where possible.
  2. Receive Confirmation
    If your return is eligible, you’ll receive a reference number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item
    • Securely package the item to avoid damage in transit.
    • Clearly mark your return reference number on the package.
    • For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to organise and pay for postage.
  1. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds cover the product cost only, excluding original shipping charges. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return postage costs will also be reimbursed.

  1. Additional Information
  • Keep Proof of Postage: Always retain your proof of postage until your return is processed fully. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit without proof.
  • Take Care: Please handle returns with reasonable care during transit. Products damaged due to poor packaging may impact your refund eligibility.
